Cancellation Policy

Workshop bookings are non-refundable, as flowers and materials are prepared in advance. However, if you find you’re no longer able to attend, I’m very happy to transfer your booking to another Sarah Guild Floral Design workshop or service, subject to availability, provided I receive at least 24 hours’ notice. You’re also welcome to pass your place on to a friend or family member — just let me know their details ahead of time. Thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting my small business.
